We are the operators of STK Maritime and Technical Training Center Inc., a company we established in February 2015, in Manila, Philippines. This training center is adjacent to Splash Philippines Inc., our affiliate Filipino seafarer manning company, and is fully equipped with a bridge and engine room simulator. Here, we educate and train Filipino and Vietnamese seafarers, accepting a wide range of trainees from outside our company and worldwide. We provide customized courses and training according to our customers' needs. We will continue contributing to the training of seafarers and safe operation of vessels, offering courses and training capable of swiftly responding to the ever-changing maritime industry, and enlighten sailors about the new treaties and regulations, along with new ship equipment.
