Ship Management

In our Ship Management business, we act on behalf of ship-owners and comply with the international treaties and laws of each flag and port states, as well as maintain the seaworthiness and safe and economical operation of their ships. We have developed our own simple safety management system (SMS) based on the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code). This acts as the foundation for our safe and efficient ship management operations centered on Vietnamese, Filipino, and Japanese staff with experience working as maritime officers and engineers based in Yokohama and Manila.

We manage all kinds of dry cargo ships, including container ships, bulk carriers, conventional ships, timber ships, and car carriers. We assign only the best among the Japanese personnel we have personally hired, along with Filipinos and Vietnamese crew from our partner manning companies. Our seafarer training and manning management plans cover the entire journey, from pre-boarding to post-seafaring assessment. Before boarding, our ship management team provides support, complete with concrete pre-boarding education designed for each ship, and continues education and guidance through regular visits even while onboard. Afterward, they provide education and guidance during rest periods based on our onboard evaluation assessment. Our management team also goes to our local partner delivery companies to hold detailed discussions with them as well as to conduct training activities for the seafarers we've hired or are currently resting.
Our ship and operations management promotes the visualization of ships. We reduce wasteful expenses, striving for efficient and safe ship management through our system that integrates ship management budgeting and maintenance plans that include up-to-date docking and purchase records.
Our entire management fleet is managed by the entire management team, rather than the traditional system where each ship is left to a single supervisor. As part of this, our entire ship management team holds at least one meeting daily to discuss important topics such as ship position, weather, maintenance, and seafaring status. We strive to share information beyond the boundaries of sales, manning, and maritime/construction affairs.

We have recently opened a website that publishes cases, educational materials, and 360-degree photos capable of showing the latest status concerning each part of each managed ship. Utilizing this website for ship management operations, we strengthen ship visualization by educating seafarers and sharing information.
We will not relent in our daily efforts and improving our business, complying with and enhancing our SMS and maintenance plans, as well as new efforts such as the creation of a system that can check ship storage and seafaring realtime via our ship communication environment. We will not stop evolving to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our managed vessels' quality.
