In our Crew Manning Agency, we outsource seafarers to ship-owners and management companies, providing support and maintaining smooth ship operations by assigning the best seafarers to each vessel. We have over 3,000 Filipino seafarers at our exclusive Splash Philippines Inc., approximately 300 Vietnamese seafarers at TMAS Co., LTD, and about 20 Japanese seafarers secured by our company. We handle up to 90 dry cargo carriers, including bulk carriers, car carriers, container ships, and conventional ships, which are registered inside and outside of Japan.

Our recruitment interviews follow company standards and are done on-site by our land-based workers who are experienced as captains or chief engineers. We also conduct health checkups that include unique items in addition to legal ones at our affiliated medical institutions. This is all done to ensure our seafarers are excellent in all aspects, from skills, knowledge, to health. We spare no effort in training the skills and knowledge of our seafarers. Adjacent to Splash Philippines is our STK Maritime and Technical Training Center Inc. Here, we hold mandatory pre-boarding and on-rest education and also formulate and implement detailed education curricula capable of meeting the needs of every ship of each customer. We even pay regular visits to the Philippines and Vietnam to directly educate the seafarers and hold detailed meetings with the local manning agencies.

Even on board, we never cease our efforts in enlightening our seafarers on safety. To this end, we utilize the experience accumulated by our management fleet as well as the knowledge we've gained from our business partners to distribute educational materials made by our training team, and also regularly visit the ships themselves. We care about the health of our seafarers and have a dedicated 24-hour medical consultation service provided by our affiliated medical institutions. We aim for economic crew changes by utilizing convenient ports and maintain high return rates through efficient allocation plans tailored for each and every customer, in addition to training and securing excellent seafarers through our Cadet Development Program.

Our offices always have Filipino and Vietnamese staff on standby, ready to respond to the needs and inquiries of our customers and seafarers in their native language. They provide support and smooth communication between customers and ships 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. We always assign experienced Japanese seafarers to our manning operations to give us a picture of the actual lives and duties of the Filipino and Vietnamese crew on board, bridging the distance between our customers and seafarers. We will continue to carry out seafaring operations capable of satisfying our customers, fully equipped with an educational program customizable according to each customer's needs, 24-hour support provided by native-speakers, and experienced Japanese seafarers. We develop new seafarer sources to counteract their increasing cost, continuously renew and enhance our seafarer database website to respond to the accelerating digitalization, and promote education for seafarers dealing with diversified ship equipment and new regulations and technologies. We will never back down from the challenge of meeting the diverse needs of our customers and providing solutions to their issues.
